✓ Must pass J&B’s application & interview
✓ Must be a logical, profound and effective communicator in the written and spoken English language

Do you believe the importance of perserving independent journalism or media? The Sigma Delta Chi Foundation of the Society of Professional Journalists (SPJ) and the Journalism Education Association (JEA) encourage students of secondary education in the U.S. to participate in a renowned essay competition on journalism, annually held in spring.

 

The topic for an upcoming competition (Spring 2022) will be provided in TBD. The deadline for submissions is TBD. Essay submissions should be 300-500 words and double-spaced.
