J&B Red Program (Script)“A PowerPoint and Presentation Script Examining the Authenticity of a 19th Century Table” Highlights: J&B worked with the client to create a PowerPoint and presentation script for an Art History project determining the authenticity of a 19th century table. J&B worked as a three-person team to translate the client’s original, 2,000-word research paper into a PowerPoint and presentation script that addressed their research with visual details. As the presentation had a ten-minute limit, J&B communicated with the client to help summarize their main ideas, as well as curate the amount of background information they shared with their audience. At the end of the project, both J&B and the client were mutually satisfied with their results. The Topic:J&B worked with the client on a PowerPoint and presentation script for an Art History project. J&B helped the client translate an approximately, 2,000-word research paper determining the authenticity of a 19th century table into presentation format, highlighting the client’s research process, research findings, and the strengths and weaknesses of their work for their audience’s reference. The Process:After extracting the key concepts, themes, and claims from the client’s research paper, J&B worked in a three-person team to help the client create a PowerPoint design and layout that best expressed their content. J&B carefully reviewed the client’s project guidelines, and incorporated the client’s research into visual form by citing and sourcing relevant images. After receiving feedback from the client, J&B polished the PowerPoint’s analyses sections, and helped the client create a 1,000 word script for them to utilize during their in-person PowerPoint presentation. The PowerPoint and script contained academic language and cues for the client to utilize when presenting their research. At the end of the project, J&B and the client were mutually satisfied with their results. Writing Style:As the client’s research contained clean, relevant data, J&B worked with the client to creatively present their material without losing any of their key findings. As the PowerPoint presentation had a ten-minute limit, J&B helped the client summarize and present their main ideas while also sharing a curated amount of background information with their audience. J&B also worked with the client to create image comparisons of content they reviewed in their original research paper.
