J&B Blue Program (JSR)“A Budding Sociologist Writes for JSR” Highlights: J&B helped the client prepare a 2,*00-word research paper for the Journal of Student Research (JSR) exploring a topic in sociology. Throughout the project, J&B assisted the client with gathering relevant scholarly sources, analyzing their findings, preparing research questions, and organizing their research logically and coherently. Writing a paper for JSR allowed the client to gain insights into the process of structuring and organizing thei research, as the journal has strict expectations for the format of its papers. The Topic:J&B helped the client prepare a 2,*00-word research paper for the Journal of Student Research (JSR) exploring a topic in sociology. The Process:The client came into the project with an essay that they planned to use as a starting point for their JSR paper. At the start of the project, J&B met with the client to discuss potential revised topics that would be suitable for JSR. After gathering the client’s ideas, J&B prepared a topic for the client which the client confirmed they would like to move forward with. Next, the team shared a detailed outline for the client, including an outline for a paper proposal and an outline for their research paper. After reviewing J&B’s outline, the client met with the team to ask questions and confirm key details in their paper. The J&B team then assisted the client with their JSR paper, ensuring that their final draft was polished, adhered to JSR’s formatting guidelines, and included a metadata section as per JSR requirements. Writing Style:The client is an inquisitive writer deeply interested in Chinese history, art, architecture, and food. J&B helped the client narrow down their focus and combine their multiple interests in a topic that was suitable for a research paper. The J&B team carefully researched a journal that would be an ideal alternative for the client and settled on JSR, as it is open to sociology topics, which the client expressed a strong interest in. Writing a paper for JSR also allowed the client to gain insights into the process of structuring and organizing their research, as the journal has strict expectations for the format of its papers. At the end of the project, the client developed a clearer understanding of what a strong research paper should include and how to break the process down into manageable steps.
