After structuring the client’s portfolio, J&B assisted them with preparing a one-and-a-half-page letter introducing their readers to their goals and motivations as a writer. As the client’s writing portfolio was made up of essays, a research paper, and a history paper, the team worked with the client on utilizing psychology as a unifying thread throughout their portfolio to show consistency. The Topic:J&B worked with the client on a 51-page writing portfolio showcasing five of their best essays. The Process:At the start of the project, the client shared five essays with the J&B team that they were interested in including in their writing portfolio. After carefully reviewing the client’s submissions, the team helped them identify overlapping themes within their body of work. Next, J&B created a logical format for the client’s portfolio based on the topics they hoped to highlight. After structuring the client’s portfolio, J&B assisted them with preparing a one-and-a-half-page letter introducing their readers to their goals and motivations as a writer and guiding them through the works in their portfolio. To complete the project, J&B helped the client create abstracts for each of their essays and polished their portfolio as a whole.
