Highlights: J&B edited the client’s 2,000-word Sci-Fi short story for the YoungArts National Writing Competition. The J&B team assessed the client’s first draft and came up with a comprehensive editing plan before producing the client’s final edits. The Process: At the start of the project, the client shared their first draft of their short story with J&B. After carefully reviewing and assessing the client’s draft, the J&B team came up with an editing plan to revise and polish the client’s draft so that it would be ready for submission. J&B then provided final edits to the client’s draft, elaborating on key concepts and working with them to fine-tune their narrative, character development, and use of language throughout their short story.
