J&B Blue Program (Harvard International Review)“Fixing Farming for the Future: An HIR Article:” Highlights: J&B worked with the client on a 1,000-word article for the Harvard International Review (HIR) addressing the theme: “Technological Advancement and the World.” J&B split the project into the following steps: brainstorming, topic selection, outlining, feedback, draft writing, and polishing. After the client let the team know that they were passionate about agriculture, economics, business, and the environment—all through the scope of technology—J&B helped the client narrow down their focus and select a topic related to their field of interest. The Topic:J&B worked with the client on a 1,000-word article for the Harvard International Review (HIR) addressing the theme: “Technological Advancement and the World.” The Process:To begin the project, J&B met with the client and conducted a detailed brainstorming session to gather ideas for potential articles. After the session, the J&B team shared three topic suggestions for the client based on their discussion. Once the client reviewed the topics and selected the one that interested them the most, J&B shared a detailed, 4-page outline with the client including an overview of the essay. After the client assessed J&B’s outline and offered feedback, the team helped the client prepare their essay using the outline as a framework. At the end of the project, the team reviewed the draft to ensure that it met HIR’s submission guidelines and their own quality standards. Writing Style:The client is a creative thinker interested in multiple aspects of technology.
