(https://www.johnlockeinstitute.com/essay-competition) Step 2: Create an Account Scroll down and click on the “Register” button on the page, which will lead to the registration portal. (https://essaycompetition.johnlocke.com/) Enter your email address. Step 3: Confirm Your Email A verification code will be sent to the email address you provided. Enter the verification code you received in the registration portal to confirm your email. Step 4: Complete Registration Complete all required fields on the registration form. Click “Complete Registration” at the bottom of the page when finished. Submitting Your EssayStep 7: Visit the Submission Page Once you have completed registration, you can access your profile page. Click on the “Essay Submissions” button at the bottom of your profile page, then select “Submit an Essay” on the next page. Step 8: Review Your Essay Make sure your essay follows all competition guidelines, which can be found on the website: https://www.johnlockeinstitute.com/essay-competition. Important Reminders: The essay file must be in PDF form. The file name should follow this format: FirstName-LastName-Category-QuestionNumber.pdf Your name should not appear anywhere within the document itself. You should not add footnotes, but may add endnotes and/or a bibliography that is clearly titled. Step 9: Upload Your Essay Select the file you would like to upload on the submissions page. Please note that you cannot upload your essay before submissions open. Step 10: Verify Submission Confirmation Once you upload and submit your essay, you will receive a confirmation message on the page as well as an email. Please ensure you check both of these.
